Teacher Appriciation....

Here is a little gift I have made for my son's kindergarten teacher. I am really looking forward to giving it to her since she is also a scrapbooker and will appriciate the time and effort that has gone into such a gift!

All the supplies I used to make this darling little album come from Close To My Heart. Most importantly, this new paper pack Animal Cookies! I have just loved creating all kinds of goodies with this new 'yummy' paper pack! With it's rich, vibrant primary colors it was a 'must' for creating an elementary style mini-album.

Z1141 My Creations 3-Ring Binder
X7112B My Reflections Level 2 Animal Cookies Paper Pack
Z1145 Heartfelt - Whimsy (Felt embelishments)
Also some of our great brads, buttons, windowcharms, ribbon and more went into this little gem!

There is also a poem on the inside cover:
The school year’s finally over,
Many thanks for all you do
This gift will make it easy
To record it for review.

Choose your favorite photos
The ones you think are neat,
Just add a little adhesive,
Place your pictures, neat!

Add some special memories,
Of moments dear to you
Along with your cherished photos,
That’s all you need to do!

This album is my thank you,
I know how much you care,
I hope this will help you remember
A year beyond compare!

What a wonderful project and one that will be most appreciated! I wish I'd have thought of something like that.

I know I commented on the CTMH BB about this darling little book, but it deserves 2 comments. It's so stinkin' cute! Great job.

This is a wonderful book, I saw it on the Consultant BB but just had to come over here and see more of the pages. I've been really stumped for a techer gift for my son's Kindergarten teacher. She was also his pre-k summer school teacher and I had made her a paint can with supplies and was looking for something else just as great. I hope you don't mind if I lift this idea, I know she'll love it as much as I do. Thank you for the inspiration.
