A few weeks back, I was given a very special assignment from Close to my Heart. I was very honored to be included in a group of very talented consultants who were invited to do a piece of artwork for a silent auction to benefit Operation Smile. I didn't have much time to create a one-of-a-kind, 'over-the-top' piece of artwork...but was pretty pleased with the final product I sent!
The silent auction was held last weekend during Close to my Heart's Leadership convention and raised over $5300 to benefit Operation Smile! I am so pleased to say that will help over 20 children receive a much needed operation to help give them a beautiful new smile!
I decided to do a piece of home decor artwork rather than creat a mini-album or the like. I used a 12x12 canvas and created a family picture frame. All the products I used were from Close to my Heart with the exception of the canvas and stand.

The photos are gorgeous but I happened to be able to see this in person...and it's even MORE beautiful that way. GREAT job, Kelly!

Another wonderful creation from one of my favorite artists! What a true gift - this was such a worthwhile fund-raiser and your project is just amazing!
